1. No Cancellations on special orders or any orders already in fabrication process.
2. Any other cancellations must be done by fax. AFC will no longer accept verbal cancellations. These must be faxed and we will notify you if the order is already in fabrication process.
3. AFC will fax you an acknowledgement that your order has been cancelled. If you have not seen your fax with your cancellation, it will be your responsibility to call AFC for this acknowledgement.
4. Custom countertops not in the fabrication process can be cancelled, but the laminate ordered for the job must still be paid for by the customer and we will deliver just that to them.
