Office Policy For Returns Credits And Reworks

1.) No Returns on special order goods.

2.) Returns must be within 45 days, be accompanied with a bill of sale, and be in re-saleable condition.

3.) Return goods authorization must be approved before a pick up slip will be issued.

 

4.) Driver is not authorized to pick up any goods without a pick up slip.

 

5.) A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned goods.

 

6.) Credits may be delayed on defective goods, due to manufacture authorization of credit.

 

7.) If you have a rework please notify our office to have a pick up slip issued.

 

8.) A new drawing must accompany the countertop with the changes and AFC will notify customer of any estimated chares.

 

9.) If countertop is wrong due to AFC error or defective, AFC will take care of the countertop itself, but in no way be responsible for the expenses occurred in the extraction and installation ofthe said top.

 

10.) Reworks for returned warped tops ordered without a balance sheet are subject to a charge.
